Our Commitment
At Saifee Supermarket LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully as conditions vary by product type.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described at the time of order received.
- The item is past its expiry or best-before date at the time of delivery.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
Return requests must be raised within 6 hours of delivery for perishable items, and within 24 hours for non-perishable products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, except in cases of damage or error on our part:
- Fresh meat and poultry, once delivered and accepted.
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products stored incorrectly after delivery.
- Opened bulk items (e.g., 15 kg, 25 kg, 30 kg packs).
- Items purchased under a promotional or clearance offer, unless faulty.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us within the eligible return window at support@saifeesupermarket.com.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) in question, and a description of the issue. Photographs of the product and packaging are helpful.
- Our team will respond within a few hours.
- If approved, we will arrange collection or advise on next steps. Do not discard the product until our team has reviewed your case.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- We may offer a replacement at our discretion.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 6 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled — please use the returns process upon delivery.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at support@saifeesupermarkets.com with your order number.
