Saifee Supermarket LLC is a retailer operating in the UAE, offering grocery, fresh meat, dairy, beverages, household, and pantry products through our online store.

Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product without notice.

  • Weights and sizes listed are approximate, particularly for fresh and bulk products.
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate but cannot guarantee they are always error-free.


Pricing

  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payment

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
  • All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • Must mention the process of how the customer will receive the payment confirmation (ex; by email or SMS or mail) and the time the payment confirmation will reach the customer.
  • SAMPLE: Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.



Delivery

  • We deliver within the U.A.E. Charges are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.


  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries

  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Perishable & Fresh Products

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the stated delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for spoilage resulting from missed deliveries or incorrect storage after delivery.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Saifee Supermarket LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saifee Supermarket shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
